Volunteer Mobilization Day - August 24, 2007
The School of Public Health and the Berkeley Mayor's Office hosted the third annual Volunteer Mobilization Day, which gives incoming public health graduate students the opportunity to be involved directly with the community by volunteering their time at designated sites throughout Berkeley.

For the third year, volunteers worked in the community gardens at Berkeley Youth Alternatives, an organization that fosters the success of youth and families through prevention and intervention services.
