The Evaluation Center
Housed in Western Michigan University, the Evaluation Center's mission is to advance the theory, practice, and utilization of evaluation. The site has a large clearinghouse of evaluation tools, checklists, publications, and other resources.
Online Evaluation Resource Library (OERL)
The OERL provides resources for professionals engaged in project evaluation. The site includes professional development tools as well as examples of project evaluations.
Outreach Evaluation Research Center (OERC)
The OERC builds capacity for health information outreach evaluation in the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NN/LM).

The Evaluation Toolkit includes the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Evaluation Handbook and Logic Model Development Guide. Both of these guides can be ordered for free on the site.
