How to Become a Board Member
Thank you for your interest in serving on the Public Health Alumni Association board.
To submit your nomination, print out and complete the nomination form. Please submit the form along with a copy of your current c.v. or resume. You may fax materials to the External Relations Office at (510) 643-8753, or send them by mail to:

Please review the description of board member responsibilities and benefits before submitting your nomination.
The nomination form and supporting materials are due January 28, 2008.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Alumni Association
Nominating Committee, and alumni will be contacted with
a decision.
