As part of its commitment to diversity, the School of Public Health created the position of director of diversity. Abby Rincon, M.P.H., is dedicated to working on multiple facets of diversity, such as reaching out to outstanding students from diverse backgrounds, as well as working with enrolled students to create and foster a community climate of encouragement and support. Overall, the director of diversity provides leadership in guiding the development and implementation of a strategic plan for multiculturalism and diversity within the School of Public Health.
